Welcome to the HATTAZ Newsletter! In this issue, we are highlighting our training
programs for women and youth on weaving, spinning, market linkages, and small
business management.
These programs have been designed to provide women and youth with the skills and
knowledge they need to succeed in the cotton sector. The women and youths have been trained to weave and spin cotton, develop their own products, and market and sell their products successfully. They have also learnt about business management skills such as budgeting, pricing, and marketing.
Our training programs are making a real difference in the lives of women and youth in Zambia. By providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, we are helping them to create jobs, generate income, and improve their livelihoods.
In this issue, we will feature stories from some of the women and youth who have
participated in our training programs. We will also share information about upcoming training opportunities and other resources available to women and youth in the cotton value chain.
